Vigilance

With infinitely patience this spider sat three weeks long continuously on the same spot for the window of my room, waiting until a prey would arrive in its web. This animal (I'll call him Scary Harry), hardly moved and didn't leave its place. If I had not annoyed Harry this afternoon, then he sat still there and all the time without food. I got compassion with him and decided to photograph him to remind me what it means to practise patience and to be vigilant at the same time. In return I scared Harry with my camera and he left the place where he sat for weeks. Now I only see an empty web. Sad story eh? :-)

Goodbye Harry, I wish you a long and happy life.
