First Signs.... ?

It is the second day in a row that the sun is shining and I felt this morning the warmth on my face. Yesterday I discovered for the first time the early signs of Spring. I saw the first snow drops, growing in various places, under trees and even between tiles on hidden pedestrian paths. This morning took I my camera with me to shoot a photo for this blog. I hope that Spring arrives soon, I'm longing for the warmth of Spring. I want to go outside, to feel free and do pleasant things . So Spring what are you waiting for?

  1. Aw! Signs of Spring and Hope! :)

I read this morning that we are experiencing the 4th coldest weather on record for our state; the latest was in l977-78. I knew I wasn't making it up how cold we've had it! hahahaha

Have a wonderful day and thanks for sharing your photo's, Herman! :)

  2. I have plants popping up in my garden too...crocuses, tulips, peonies, hosta, etc. The Trees are starting to flower too. We had such a mild winter this year compared to last year.

Enjoy the sunshine on your face, Herman.

  4. Spring is just around the corner here. The snow is starting to melt and the sun is shining brightly. But, I know we could always have more snow and cold right up to May. Hopefully, not, though.

  7. I noticed daffodils are pushing up in the soft ground. This Spring I should be able to work in my flowers and around the yard again. It won't be long now until I can begin to clean out the beds and plant more flowers.

The gift of Spring are the flowers.
